We would like to thank Mr & Mrs Chung and our driver and guide, Sky for their very warm hospitality and kindness. We indeed enjoyed our 2 nights stay very much, with the fantastic view from our room, the delicious food that Mrs Chung prepared and the kindness of everybody at Fu Yam. We would highly recommend anyone who wishes to get away from the city and have some peace and quiet to stay in Fu Yam. We hope to be able to return again in the near future. Once again thanks a lot for everything! The persimmons that Mrs Chung gave us for our trip back to Taipei was delicious!

Fu-Yam is situated in a valley surrounded by the beautiful La La mountain. Greeted by the cherry blossoms and the amazing sceneries, I thought I was in a dream. The three rooms that my friends and I stayed in are clean, cozy and cute. And they reminded me so much of my house back in Canada.
The hosts were very hospitable. And the food was superb! I love how they grow their own vegetables and make them into traditional hakka cuisine (just like how mommy used to make for me). They also provide unlimited herbal tea and other drinks in the dining room for everyone to enjoy.

A 2-night stay at Fu-Yam Tourist Home 福緣山莊 was a most memorable way to kick start our Taiwan holiday.

Fantastic place to stay if you are looking for a destination away from the city.
Air is fresh, food is good, pple are super friendly!

Fu Yam Tourist home is very warm , cosy, surronded by the beauty of nature with a fine touch of fresh air .
I like the sound of water in the dark, warm light and food that touches the heart.

Fu Yam Village is a must visit place in Taiwan!

Availed of their NT$ 10,000 package tour, inclusive of 4 meals, overnight stay, roundtrip transfers to the airport, tours to Dasi and Mt. Lala plus entrance fees.

On my first visit, it was the first time ever I have woken up to songs of birds as if I was in the Garden of Eden. It was simply amazing. The view is breathtaking. If you have never gone to Lala-San before, you're missing out! Just five minutes away from the lodge is a hot tourist spot. It's the oldest forest on the island with redwoods aged up to a couple thousand years old. It can probably compare with some of the oldest in the world. Don't forget to try the peach there (season starts around mid June), it's to die for. On top of all that nature has to offer there, the hosts are very friendly and are quick to befriend you. The meals are deliciously cooked with ingredients that are grown organically. I have been to my share of five star hotels and Fu-Yam is definitely up there with all of them. The beds and rooms are immaculately clean and new too! I have already been there five times in the past two years and every experience has been exhilarating in its own unique way. What I liked the least...? I can't make it my permanent residence.
